What do you sell?

We offer carefully selected garden supplies, including tools, planters, soil, seeds, raised beds, and watering essentials designed for indoor, balcony, and backyard gardening.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Once shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is 3–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to item availability, shipping destination, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

My tracking hasn’t updated. Is my order still on the way?

Yes. Tracking information may take time to update after shipment. Please allow additional time for carrier scans. If your status hasn’t changed for several days, contact us with your order number and we will review the latest tracking details.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide the appropriate next steps for a replacement or refund.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can it be changed?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
