We currently ship within the United States only.
All orders are fulfilled through trusted domestic logistics partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Processing Time
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

During peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We always work to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delayed Deliveries
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur in rare cases due to factors beyond our control.
If tracking shows no movement or updates for an extended period, we will investigate the issue with the carrier. In cases where a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Delays are more likely during:
- Holiday seasons (especially November–December)
- Promotional periods
- Carrier system disruptions

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins.
Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to guarantee cancellation, as fulfillment operations may already be underway. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible, and our support team will review your request.
If an order cannot be cancelled after processing has started, it will remain eligible for return in accordance with our Refund Policy once delivered.
